Morning Smoothie

Blend with water and adjust with extra water or ice to reach the desired consistency.

Protein Brownie Dip

Directions:

In a bowl combine together greek yogurt, cream cheese, cocoa powder and 0 cal sweetener of choice.

Using a spoon or fork, mix the brownie batter until you get a creamy, smooth texture.

If the brownie dip is too thick, thin the mixture with little Almond Milk until you get the right consistency.

Serve right away with chocolate chips on the top or keep refrigerated until eating.

Chicken Bbq Wrap - Low Cal Wrap

1) In a small bowl, lightly toss chicken, lettuce, bbq sauce and cheese.

2) Place mixture on tortilla. Fold up tightly.

Ground Beef Fiesta Bowl

1. Cook ground beef in a skillet and add taco seasoning on top. (Use Cooking Spray or light olive oil)

2. In a large saucepan, mix beans, corn, salsa, premade rice and any remaining taco seasoning. Heat over medium heat until warm.

3. Shred romaine lettuce, slice onions and tomato, and add to large salad bowl.

4. Top salad with ground beef and dress with the bean and corn mixture.

Thai Ginger Lime Salmon Bowl

1. Cook jasmine rice according to package directions and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

3. Season salmon with garlic powder and ground ginger.

4. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from pan.

5. In the same pan, add shredded cabbage and cook 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.

6. Stir soy sauce and lime juice into the cabbage.

7. Plate rice, top with salmon and cabbage mixture.

8. Add chili/red pepper flakes if desired.

Italian Rotisserie Chicken with Roasted Potatoes & Tomatoes

1) Roast potatoes

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss halved potatoes with 1 tsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.

2) Roast tomatoes

Chicken Hummus Bowl

"1) Prep the chicken

Slice the cooked chicken into strips or cubes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

2) Warm the rice

Heat the cooked rice in a skillet or microwave until hot.

3) Wilt the spinach

In a nonstick skillet, add 1 tsp olive oil.

Toss in spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until just wilted.

Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

4) Assemble the bowl

Place the rice as the base.

Add wilted spinach on one side, chicken slices on the other.

Spoon hummus in the center.

1) Have Cooked rice on hand

2) In a large skillet, over medium heat brown the ground beef 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.

3) While beef is cooking, make the sauce. Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix together.

4) Once beef is fully cooked add the sauce to the skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens/absorbs into the beef.

5) Serve the beef over the rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Ground Turkey Fiesta Bowl

NOTE: Ground Turkey is weighed out COOKED.

1. Cook ground turkey in a skillet and add taco seasoning on top. (Use Cooking Spray or light olive oil)

2. In a large saucepan, mix beans, corn, salsa, premade rice and remaining tablespoon of taco seasoning. Heat over medium heat until warm.

3. Shred romaine lettuce, slice onions and tomato, and add to large salad bowl.

4. Top salad with ground turkey and dress with the bean and corn mixture.

Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Directions

NOTE: Potatoes weighed out UNCOOKED

1) Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2) Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half in half lengthwise, and then cut each quarter in half lengthwise. You will have 16 wedges. Gather the seasonings.

3) Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.

4) Place 1/2 of the potato wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

5) Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.

6) Repeat to cook the remaining wedges.

Beef Stir Fry - Sirloin

DIRECTIONS:

NOTE: Sirloin steak should be weighed RAW

Prep your vegetables: Slice the onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Wash and drain the spinach.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Sear the sirloin steak slices until browned on the outside and just cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Sauté the onions and bell peppers in the same pan until they begin to soften.

Add broccoli and spinach, cooking for a few more minutes until tender but still vibrant.

Return the steak to the pan, pour in the soy sauce, and stir everything together to coat evenly.

Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
