Recipe Details

How to make them · Jeremy Durgan
Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

1. Cut the potatoes into 1/4″ thin strips, or to your desired thickness and length. Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl and toss with the potatoes until they are evenly coated. (can add more or less spices as desired)

2. Transfer the potatoes to a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper/aluminum foil. Spread the potatoes in a single layer. Try not to overcrowd or have multiple layers of fries — you want them to be roasted, not steamed.

3. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning the fries once or twice during that time to cook evenly. May take more or less time, depending on the size and thickness you cut the fries.

Remove once the edges slightly begin to brown and fries begin to crisp. Sprinkle course salt (optional) on top when they are hot out of the oven.

Chicken Sandwich

Form Sandwich from ingredients listed. Lettuce and tomatoes are optional; can swap for other light greens: pickles, onions...etc (just not avocado)

Beef Stir Fry

DIRECTIONS

NOTE: Ground beef should be weighed COOKED

- Dice the onion, green pepper, and tomatoes into small pieces.

- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the onion and green pepper. Sauté until softened and fragrant.

- Add the cooked ground beef to the pan and stir well to combine.

- Mix in the diced tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.

- Add the spinach last and stir until just wilted.

- Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Asian Avocado Rice Bowl

1. Prepare the Base

* Place the cooked white rice into a bowl as the foundation of your dish.

2. Add the cooked ground meat

* Mix into the rice

3. Add the Avocado (Or Guac cup for efficiency if provided in the listing)

* Slice the avocado into cubes or thin slices.

* Arrange on top of the rice and turkey.

4. Season with Sauce

* Drizzle the low-sodium soy sauce evenly across the bowl.

* You can adjust the amount depending on taste.

5. Finish with Sesame Seeds

* Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for added crunch and flavor.

6. **Optional Add-Ons (low-calorie boosts)**

* Fresh cucumber, radish, or shredded cabbage for crunch.

* Pickled ginger or a squeeze of lime for brightness.

* Chili flakes or sriracha (sparingly) for heat.

7. Serve & Enjoy
