* Slice the avocado into cubes or thin slices.

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until fully browned.

Dip each chicken tenderloin into the egg whites until fully coated

Step 1: Add cooked quinoa to a skillet over medium heat and warm for 1–2 minutes.

Step 2: Add olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the same pan and cook 2–3 minutes until tomatoes soften and spinach wilts.

Step 3: Stir in the cooked beef, season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or oregano, and heat for 1–2 more minutes.

Step 4: Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with parsley if desired.

Chicken Hummus Bowltap

"1) Prep the chicken

Slice the cooked chicken into strips or cubes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

2) Warm the rice

Heat the cooked rice in a skillet or microwave until hot.

3) Wilt the spinach

In a nonstick skillet, add 1 tsp olive oil.

Toss in spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until just wilted.

Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

4) Assemble the bowl

Place the rice as the base.

Add wilted spinach on one side, chicken slices on the other.

Spoon hummus in the center.

Garnish with paprika or parsley if desired."

Grilled Salmon and Vegtap

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3. Grill salmon 4–5 minutes per side.

4. Toss asparagus chopped onions with olive oil and salt.

1) Prepare the Base

- Warm cooked rice (or use a ready-made pouch).

- Place in a bowl as the foundation.

2) Add the Vegetables

- Add cherry tomatoes (halved), red onion (diced), cucumbers (sliced) and baby spinach.

3) Add the protein

- Slice cooked protein into thin strips (Weigh out the portion after cooking) and arrange over the vegetables.

4) Add the Flavor

- Crumble feta cheese over the bowl and sprinkle with oregano and black pepper if you'd like.

5) Dress the Bowl

- Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (if you'd like).

- Toss gently so the warm rice and protein slightly wilt the greens, blending flavors.

Steak Vegetable Fajitastap

1. Cut steak into strips.

2. Add oil/pam spray to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add steak, spices and lemon juice. Cook until steak is half way cooked.

3. Cut peppers and onions into thin strips. Add to pan and cook until veggies are tender and steak is cooked through.

4. Add cilantro.

Seasonings: Black Pepper (tsp) (0.2 tsp), Cumin Ground (Tsp) (0.5 tsp), Lemon Juice (Tbsp) (1 Tbsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp).

Korean Ground Beef Rice Bowltap

NOTE: BEEF IS WEIGHED OUT RAW

instructions

1) Have Cooked rice on hand

2) In a large skillet, over medium heat brown the ground beef 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.

3) While beef is cooking, make the sauce. Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix together.

4) Once beef is fully cooked add the sauce to the skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens/absorbs into the beef.

5) Serve the beef over the rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Lemon Parmesan Chicken & Ricetap

1) Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to make your lemon pepper marinade. Add in your chicken breast (flatten/tenderize first) and let marinate for 30 minutes

2) Rinse rice in a mesh strainer under cold water for 2 minutes, then combine with 480g of water and 30g of butter and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and let sit another 10 minutes to cook rice.

3) Cook chicken in a pan over medium high heat - flip every 1-2 mins until cooked through

4) Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Once chicken is done cooking, remove from pan, turn heat to lowest setting, and juice half a lemon to deglaze. Pour over your sauce (make sure the pan isn't too hot) and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened

5) Separate your rice in to 5 equal servings, top with sliced chicken and pour over your sauce

Ginger Garlic Steak Stir Frytap

Slice steak thin against grain

Sear in hot pan (nonstick or light spray)

Remove steak

Stir fry veggies 3–4 min

Add garlic + ginger

Return steak + soy sauce + sesame oil

Toss 60 seconds

Serve over rice.

Sheet Pan Chicken & Veggie Baketap

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Add raw chicken, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and bell pepper to a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. (can add other dry seasonings of your choosing). Toss to coat evenly.

Step 4: Spread mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.

Step 5: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender with light browning.

Step 6: Squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
