
1) In a small bowl, lightly toss chicken, lettuce, bbq sauce and cheese.
2) Place mixture on tortilla. Fold up tightly.
Prep Shrimp & Veggies:
Pat shrimp dry and set aside.
Wash and chop broccoli and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and sriracha.
Stir-Fry the Shrimp:
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Veggies:
In the same pan, add broccoli and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Return shrimp to the pan, pour in the sriracha-soy sauce mixture, and stir everything for 1–2 minutes until coated and heated through.
Serve:
Spoon over cooked white rice and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
1. Prepare the Base
* Place the cooked white rice into a bowl as the foundation of your dish.
2. Add the Tuna
* Drain the can of tuna.
* Flake the tuna with a fork and layer it evenly over the rice.
3. Add the Avocado
* Slice the avocado into cubes or thin slices.
* Arrange on top of the rice and tuna.
4. Season with Sauce
* Drizzle the low-sodium soy sauce evenly across the bowl.
* You can adjust the amount depending on taste.
5. Finish with Sesame Seeds
* Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for added crunch and flavor.
6. **Optional Add-Ons (low-calorie boosts)**
* Fresh cucumber, radish, or shredded cabbage for crunch.
* Pickled ginger or a squeeze of lime for brightness.
* Chili flakes or sriracha (sparingly) for heat.

1. Flake tuna into a bowl.
2. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and lemon juice.

NOTE: Shrimp is weighed out COOKED
- Cook up veggies with soy sauce and oil in a pan.
- Add cooked shrimp to the pan after veggies are pretty much fully cooked.
- Mix in pan together and let sit for a few minutes after turning stove top off to simmer

1) Cook veggies
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add oil spray and cook mixed vegetables until softened, about 5 minutes.
2) Scramble egg whites & eggs
- Pour eggs into the pan with the veggies.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stir until cooked through and fluffy.
3) Assemble burritos
- Warm the Carb Balance wraps.
- Divide the egg-veggie mixture evenly between both wraps.
- Sprinkle cheese over each before rolling up.
4) Serve or wrap in foil to store in fridge/freezer for future use
Roll tightly into burritos. Optionally toast them in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crisp finish.

1) Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill or pan-sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Slice into strips or cubes
2)Prepare the Rice
Cook white rice ahead of time (1 part rice : 2 parts water, simmer until fluffy).
3)Assemble the Bowl
Start with baby spinach at the base then add warm rice and sliced grilled chicken. Top with rest of ingredients.
Directions
NOTE: Potatoes weighed out UNCOOKED
1) Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2) Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half in half lengthwise, and then cut each quarter in half lengthwise. You will have 16 wedges. Gather the seasonings.
3) Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
4) Place 1/2 of the potato wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
5) Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.
6) Repeat to cook the remaining wedges.
