1) Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill or pan-sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Slice into strips or cubes
2)Prepare the Rice
Cook white rice ahead of time (1 part rice : 2 parts water, simmer until fluffy).
3)Assemble the Bowl
Start with baby spinach at the base then add warm rice and sliced grilled chicken. Top with dressing and guac cup to stir in.

1) Have Cooked rice on hand
2) In a large skillet, over medium heat brown the ground beef 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
3) While beef is cooking, make the sauce. Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix together.
4) Once beef is fully cooked add the sauce to the skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens/absorbs into the beef.
5) Serve the beef over the rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
1) In a small bowl, lightly toss chicken, lettuce, bbq sauce and cheese.
2) Place mixture on tortilla. Fold up tightly.
Step 1: Add cooked rice to a skillet over medium heat and warm for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2: Add olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the same pan and cook 2–3 minutes until tomatoes soften and spinach wilts.
Step 3: Stir in the cooked chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or oregano, and heat for 1–2 more minutes.
Step 4: Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with parsley if desired.
Step 5: Serve warm and enjoy.

Shred carrots.
Add bell peppers and carrots, sauté until soft.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce.
Serve over jasmine rice.
1) Cook veggies
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add oil spray and cook mixed vegetables until softened, about 5 minutes.
2) Scramble egg whites & eggs
- Pour eggs into the pan with the veggies.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stir until cooked through and fluffy.
3) Assemble burritos
- Warm the Carb Balance wraps.
- Divide the egg-veggie mixture evenly between both wraps.
- Sprinkle cheese over each before rolling up.
4) Serve or wrap in foil to store in fridge/freezer for future use
Roll tightly into burritos. Optionally toast them in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crisp finish.

Form Sandwich from ingredients listed. Lettuce and tomatoes are optional; can swap for other light greens: pickles, onions...etc (just not avocado)

Cook the Chicken (if not pre-cooked):
Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook thoroughly in a skillet with a splash of oil. Remove and slice or cube.
Sauté Aromatics:
In the same skillet, heat avocado oil. Add garlic and shallots. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Cook the Veggies:
Add the red bell pepper. Stir-fry until just tender, about 3–4 minutes.
Add Chicken & Sauce:
Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Stir and let the sauce thicken slightly, about 2 minutes.
Finish with Basil:
Turn off the heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves until wilted.
Serve:
Plate over cooked jasmine rice and enjoy.
NOTE: Steak is weighed out RAW
1. Cut steak into strips.
2. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add steak, spices and lemon juice. Cook until steak is half way cooked.
3. Cut peppers and onions into thin strips. Add to pan and cook until veggies are tender and steak is cooked through.
4. Add cilantro.
Seasonings: Black Pepper (Dash) (1 dash), Cumin Ground (Tsp) (0.5 tsp), Lemon Juice (15 g), Chili Powder (2 tsp).
