
Instructions:
1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cooked 93/7 lean ground turkey and warm through for 2–3 minutes.
3. If desired, season turkey lightly with taco seasoning, salt, or pepper.
4. While beef heats, dice ½ medium onion and ½ medium tomato.
5. Rinse and drain black beans and corn if needed.
6. In a bowl, add romaine/cos lettuce as the base.
7. Layer warm ground turkey over the lettuce.
8. Add black beans, corn, diced onion, and diced tomato evenly.
9. Spoon salsa over the top.
10. Serve with Siete grain-free taco shells on the side or crushed on top.
1. Cut steak into strips.
2. Add oil/pam spray to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add steak, spices and lemon juice. Cook until steak is half way cooked.
3. Cut peppers and onions into thin strips. Add to pan and cook until veggies are tender and steak is cooked through.
4. Add cilantro.
Seasonings: Black Pepper (tsp) (0.2 tsp), Cumin Ground (Tsp) (0.5 tsp), Lemon Juice (Tbsp) (1 Tbsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp).
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side.
4. Toss sweet potatoes with half the olive oil and seasonings.
5. Grill sweet potatoes in foil or grill basket 10–12 minutes until soft.
6. Toss green beans with remaining oil and grill 5 minutes.
7. Serve chicken with sweet potatoes and green beans.
Seasonings: Paprika (Ground) (0.5 tsp), Salt & Pepper (1 To Taste Serving).
1. Cook rice
2. Season and pan-sear beef until cooked to your liking.
3. Roast or sauté your veggies with simple seasoning in olive oil.
4. In a small bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, finely chopped cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly combined
5. Start with a base of cooked rice in your bowl. Add the cooked beef on top, then layer in your roasted or sautéed vegetables. Spoon or drizzle the cilantro-lime yogurt sauce over everything
Seasonings: Salt (Dash) (2 dash), Black Pepper (Dash) (2 dash), Lime Juice (5 g), Garlic Powder (1 tsp).
1. In a jar or container, add the oats, chia seeds, and protein powder.
2. Pour in the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Stir well until all dry ingredients are fully mixed and no clumps remain.
3. Add blueberries on top, then stir lightly to combine.
4. Cover the container with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4–6 hours) to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
5. In the morning, stir again before eating. Add extra almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Slice steak thin against grain
Sear in hot pan (nonstick or light spray)
Remove steak
Stir fry veggies 3–4 min
Add garlic + ginger
Return steak + soy sauce + sesame oil
Toss 60 seconds
Serve over rice.

1) Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill or pan-sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Slice into strips or cubes
2)Prepare the Rice
Cook white rice ahead of time (1 part rice : 2 parts water, simmer until fluffy).
3)Assemble the Bowl
Start with baby spinach at the base then add warm rice and sliced grilled chicken. Top with dressing and guac cup to stir in.
