
1. In a jar or container, add the oats, chia seeds, and protein powder.
2. Pour in the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Stir well until all dry ingredients are fully mixed and no clumps remain.
3. Add blueberries on top, then stir lightly to combine.
4. Cover the container with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4–6 hours) to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
5. In the morning, stir again before eating. Add extra almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
1. Cook rice
2. Season and pan-sear beef until cooked to your liking.
3. Roast or sauté your veggies with simple seasoning in olive oil.
4. In a small bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, finely chopped cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly combined
5. Start with a base of cooked rice in your bowl. Add the cooked beef on top, then layer in your roasted or sautéed vegetables. Spoon or drizzle the cilantro-lime yogurt sauce over everything
Seasonings: Salt (Dash) (2 dash), Black Pepper (Dash) (2 dash), Lime Juice (5 g), Garlic Powder (1 tsp).
1) Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to make your lemon pepper marinade. Add in your chicken breast (flatten/tenderize first) and let marinate for 30 minutes
2) Rinse rice in a mesh strainer under cold water for 2 minutes, then combine with 480g of water and 30g of butter and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and let sit another 10 minutes to cook rice.
3) Cook chicken in a pan over medium high heat - flip every 1-2 mins until cooked through
4) Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Once chicken is done cooking, remove from pan, turn heat to lowest setting, and juice half a lemon to deglaze. Pour over your sauce (make sure the pan isn't too hot) and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened
5) Separate your rice in to 5 equal servings, top with sliced chicken and pour over your sauce

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Add raw chicken, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and bell pepper to a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. (can add other dry seasonings of your choosing). Toss to coat evenly.
Step 4: Spread mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender with light browning.
Step 6: Squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.

1. Cook chicken (grill/bake/airfry/skillet) with taco seasoning as the flavoring. (Use Cooking Spray or light olive oil)
2. In a large saucepan, mix beans, corn, salsa, premade rice and remaining tablespoon of taco seasoning. Heat over medium heat until warm.
3. Shred romaine lettuce, slice onions and tomato, and add to large salad bowl.
4. Top salad with chicken breast and dress with the bean and corn mixture.
1) Cook veggies
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add oil spray and cook mixed vegetables until softened, about 5 minutes.
2) Scramble egg whites & eggs
- Pour eggs into the pan with the veggies.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stir until cooked through and fluffy.
3) Assemble burritos
- Warm the Carb Balance wraps.
- Divide the egg-veggie mixture evenly between both wraps.
- Sprinkle cheese over each before rolling up.
4) Serve or wrap in foil to store in fridge/freezer for future use
Roll tightly into burritos. Optionally toast them in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crisp finish.

1) In a small bowl, lightly toss chicken, lettuce, dressing and Parmesan cheese.
2) Place mixture on tortilla. Fold up tightly.

Directions
1) Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2) Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half in half lengthwise, and then cut each quarter in half
lengthwise. Gather the seasonings.
3) Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili and salt; mix until well combined.
4) Place the potato wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
5) Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. The batter should be thick but still pourable. If it feels too thick, add a small amount of almond milk until the consistency is right.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
Pour the batter into the pan to form 2 to 4 pancakes.
Let them cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until fully cooked through.
Remove from the pan and serve. Optional toppings like berries or sugar-free syrup can be added if they fit your macros.
1) Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill or pan-sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Slice into strips or cubes.
2) Prepare the Cauliflower Rice
Heat a non-stick skillet with a drizzle of oil or cooking spray. Add cauliflower rice and sauté 4–5 minutes until tender and slightly golden. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
3) Assemble the Bowl
Place baby spinach at the base of a large bowl. Add the warm cauliflower rice.
Top with grilled chicken and crumbled feta. Toss gently to combine.
